SHIPPING RECIVING AND TRANSFERS

 Shipping, Transfers & Taxes Orders are processed within 48 hours of cleared payment on business days. A Sunday-night order may not leave the shop until Tuesday. How you can take possession • Pickup at On Point Shooting (Woolwich, NJ), or • Ship to an FFL in New Jersey or out of state. We do not ship a firearm to a residence. In-store pickup
Add $20 for the NICS/4473 transfer, plus applicable sales tax. You must complete the transfer in person and meet all NJ requirements (FID and, for handguns, a valid purchase permit). Shipped orders
Email the receiving dealer’s FFL to mike@onpointshootingllc.com with your order number. We contact that FFL, confirm they will accept the transfer, and confirm the item is legal in their state before the gun leaves our shop. If they decline, we cancel or hold the order. You are responsible for knowing your state and local laws. If we catch a compliance issue before shipment, we will stop the order. Shipping cost

 Handguns Ship 2-day air; long guns typically go ground. Oversized, multi-gun, or special-service shipments may be billed the difference after the gun is boxed. Sales tax
Sales tax is collected on in-state and out-of-state orders as required. Tax is calculated at checkout / by our accounting department. Inspection & returns
You have 3 days from receipt (or from in-store transfer) to inspect for function. Firearms are not returnable because you changed your mind on caliber, size, or cosmetics. If an approved return is shipped back, you pay return freight and a 20% restocking fee. The gun must arrive in the same condition it left, unloaded, in a proper container. Age
